I’ve never been very good at being just one thing.

I’m TJ Regalado. An author, recording artist, filmmaker, podcaster, husband, father, collector of cool shit, and professional who has spent most of his life finding different ways to tell stories and connect with people.

For more than 20 years, I’ve made music as True Justice, hosted hundreds of podcast conversations, created film projects, and in 2026 published my first novel, Hometown Hero. Professionally, I’ve built a career around safety, security, leadership, training, and serving people in social-service environments.

Along the way, I’ve also transformed my health after spending years near and over 400 pounds. A journey that changed much more than the number on a scale.

I love movies, boxing, creating shit, collecting shit, spending time with my family, and probably taking on more projects than any reasonable person should.

This website is where all those different sides of me get to exist in one place.
